Stress Can Affect Your Mind, Too! By Andrew John.. One of the major problems with is that it attacks the mind first, making sure that its ability to response to it is limited at best. causes weakening of memory sometimes to a point when you start forgetting things, makes it extremely difficult to focus on anything and makes you question your motives and your will to stand up from bed every morning.
Stress is also known to affect our feelings, too. Becoming sad, angry or anxious for little or no reasons is only the beginning. Panic attacks, crying or outbursts of fury will become your daily bread, but there is no way anyone could get used to it and will greatly affect your everyday life.
When your mind gives up, the body will soon follow. Tightened muscles are the sign that your body does not relax properly and is in a state of a constant alert. This leads to weariness, digestive and sleeping problems, not to mention increased blood pressure.
Physical problems will also soon start to create even more mental on their own. In the end you may find yourself lacking will to get up in the morning, but even earlier your performance a work will be down due to emotionality and weariness, and your family will suffer from your temper. When you notice such problems, call for help immediately, before the worst phase begins.
Most people think that the major effects of are just what was described above - some digestive system problems, tightened muscles, emotional reactions and weariness. They fail to see that these are only
the beginnings
of much more serious and potentially fatal conditions: heart diseases,
severe depressions, obesity problems and even suicide attempts. is not some mild disease that comes and goes all by itself. If you
don't do anything about it, will consume you piece by piece until there is nothing left of you.
The
major problem with is that most people under try to solve their problems all by themselves, without any external
support. They try and try, but most of them fail because of the they feel and the decreased ability to solve problems that is the primary
mental result. Remember, there is no shame in asking for help. Even more,
such call is a proof that you are still thinking clearly and do your best to
solve your problems. If you try to do it alone, you will be pitied. If you ask
for help, you will be revered. It's as simple as that.
