Ingredients required
1 pound fresh lobster 1 cup sherry wine 6 cups fresh stewed tomatoes 2 table spoons sliced onions 6 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons grains of cayenne 2 green onions finely chopped 1 tablespoon melted butter Salt and pepper as per the taste
Preparation
First of all prepare the tomato sauce. Cook the tomatoes in a pot with 2 table spoons sliced onions, 6 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons flour. Add salt and pepper s per the taste. Cook for about 20 minutes or so. Give a few grains of soda, if the tomatoes sauce becomes acidic.
Now in a skillet put some oil and fry the chopped onions with grains of cayenne. Give the
live therein. Cook for 10 minutes.
Thereafter, add ˝ cup Tomato
Sauce and stir for 5 to 7 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons sherry wine. Cover the bowl
with lid and cook in an oven for 10 minutes. After it is ready keep them aside.
The red wine itself will make the boiled with a sensational fragrance that seems very much unique.
Now,
in the same frying pan add red wine, Tomato Sauce, and melted butter; heat like
this for about 10 minutes and give some flour also to make the mixture thick.

pour the prepared sauce over the
