Lobster can be accompanied with so many foods. The name 'Lobster' when taking place in any food name, the value of the food itself gets richer. is usually cooked spicy, but there are some exceptions to this. It can also be associated with lots of vegetables.
It's a mouth watering treat to have stuffed with the green vegetables or else put it in a realistic way: salad.
It is a wonderful dish which does not contain so much oil and spices, but at the same time one can easily indulge in the lavishness of eating in a different way with vegetables. That is why some call it 'Greenish stuff'.
Following are the recipes for the preparation of salad for at least 10 persons. salad can also be cooked differently; given herewith is a famous recipe of preparing salad.
Ingredients Required
2 pounds cooked meat 1 bowl cucumber fully diced 1 cup Tarragon Mayonnaise 6 scallions acutely sliced Sea salt and pepper as per the taste 2 large egg yolks 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard 4 teaspoons chopped tarragon leaves 2 cups sunflower or peanut oil 4 tablespoons lemon juice 2 table ice water Salt and black pepper as per the taste Tabasco sauce Sliced tomatoes Lettuce leaves
Preparation
The first thing is to prepare the salad. Place the cucumber into the colander and extract the extra juice out of it. Now, combine the with the cucumber and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper as per the requirements. Cover them with
a plastic
wrapper and chill them for an hour.
Mix egg yolk, mustard and
tarragon in a bowl and stir well until they are dissolved into that
mixture. Now, sprinkle some oil and stir again until there is no oil
visible in the mixture. When half the oil is added, give the lemon
juice and stir again. Just keep on whisking like this until the total
oil is dissolved with no trace of it therein.
Mix the ice water
in that mixture and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne. Thereafter,
take the salad from the refrigerator and sprinkle the scallions over it. Adjoin
a bowl of tarragon mayonnaise along with.
Decorate the whole thing with Tabasco sauce, sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
