The BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) presented the first clinical study on Hoodia smartburn involving a group of people with overweight problems. Following the usual procedures of a clinical trial, half of the group was given the actual Hoodia smartburn pills and the other half was given a plane sugar tablet. The results showed that most of the subjects on Hoodia smartburn had cut their calorie intake by half just after 15 days of the trial. This is considered to be remarkable. Simply eating less means that you have to burn fewer calories that can lead to weight loss without going through the agony of hunger.
