When it comes to starting a successful program, perhaps the most important step is the decision to get started. It can be difficult to start a program, but simply getting started can be very important. There are many ways to start a program, whether on your own or with the assistance of a trainer.

One of the first decisions to make when deciding on a program is what kind of equipment you will purchase.
