On the other hand, youmight want to surprise your guests with a wonderful honeybarbeque broiled steak; a simple marinade can be made withgarlic, marjoram, salt, pepper, dry mustard, honey, and balsamicvinegar. The selected steak or chicken can then be kept in themarinade for a couple of hours in the fridge, next step is ontothe barbecue.
